ARK paintings on Steam:
Download paintings packs you want to install, unzip and move pnt files into this folder:
Keep only .pnt files there (without any additional folder inside).
Create MyPaintings folder if you don't have one in there.
If you aren't sure if you put files into right folder, create any painting ingame and check if it appears in the same folder.

If you can't find ARK folder - Search for term "Packages" in Windows and find the right Studio Wildcard folder (follow the instructions above, find LocalState and Saved folders). You need to choose folder in the right drive.
ARK XBOX version:
Paintings can be saved only from server game that already have them painted. For example your friends from Windows 10 version have to run server with them.
Playstation version:
Currently unavailable on ARK Playstation version.
